Hi
I have a Worcester Bosch Highflow 4oo RSF combi boiler. The hot water works on demand, but when the central heating switches on and heats the water, the hot water is not heated and is cold. Once the central heating reaches the required temperature and stops heating the water, the hot water then heats the water.
Obviously this is the opposite to the way it should work. Hot water demand should always take precedent over central heating.
It's has been this way, ever since the last Worcester Bosch engineer carried out a service 6 months ago. I stopped my contract with Worcester Bosch when they changed the service contract to Domestic & General who wanted double the monthly fee.
This must be a simple fix, does anyone know
Thanks
Bernie
