HI there,
Just a quick question and possibly a stupid one

When i run the hot tap for the bath etc the rads heat up once the taps are turned off....Should this happen as i didnt think so but as an corgi engineer told me the water has to go somewhere so it will go to the rad!!

Thanks

If I remember correctly there is a thermostat controlled pump over run which will operate for a few minutes and dump latent heat in the boiler into the rads.

However, before assuming everything is OK just check that the flame goes out immediately the hot water flow stops.

tony is correct it does get dumped into the rads on this model

It does pump over run into the rads but that should only be for a matter of seconds.
I would suspect that your divetor valve is passing and heating the rads up while the tap is on! and you are probably only noticing after the tap is turned off
