I'm doing some decorating and have removed two radiators from the walls. There is no pressure showing on the pressure valve on the boiler. Will I be able to fill up the system with water and use the other radiators , the boiler and hot water while these two radiators are unconnected?

Yep not a problem just ensure that the rad valves are capped of or the pipework is on the rads you have removed.
