Worcester condensing boiler cutting out

Boiler can run fine for hours but eventually CH cuts out. It only restarts when I run taps. Any ideas what the problem may be - and is it an expensive repair?

There can be many causes of faults like these.

That can include the PCB which is close to £200 !
