fault light flashing red indicating over heating so changed the heat stat and problem has re-occured can anyone offer any advice? many thanks.

System problems, dirt/sludge, pump, could be alsorts. need more details really. is it a combi? if not, what kind of system is it? what heat stat did you change?
hello andythegasman problem is; heat and hot water go off after 10 minutes then blue light flashes red and wont fire up. leave it off for 20 minutes call for heat or hot water then it fires up again then will go off after 10 minutes. It is a combi boiler and i changed the over heat stat. many thanks.
Most likely pump problem or system sludged.
