Hi everyone
I had this problem recently as my pump started constantly running for no reason.
Called Worcester who talked me through a full software reset which started with holding the spanner button down for 10 sec unfortunately there were so many steps I couldn't make a note of them all.
But it seems to have sorted the problem.
I can't seem to find these steps published on the Internet anywhere. Wondered if anyone else knew them for future reference.
