A friend has a Worcester green star heat slave ll, he diagnosed problem - weather had got into control PCB and caused a mains short on the PCB which destroyed part of the track. he took the PCB to me and I cleaned it up, repaired the tracks, meggered the mains input line which was OK at 250V after repair.
PCB now re-fitted in boiler and seems to be operational again (LCD showing intel & menu system via buttons all operational)
however
it it showing Fault code F0 356 (low or inconsistent voltage) and a user reset is not clearing it. This logged fault code does seem consistent with what happened (frizzle on the AC input lines leading to total AC supply failure). However we are reasonably sure that we have now fixed the fault and it would be very handy to clear this fault which is inhibiting any further function.

Can anybody on the forum advise how we may be able to get into a tech menu to clear the faults?
thanks

PS should say - this is out on a remote scots island, no worcester qualified bods anywhere near & the boiler is in a disabled person's house, so somewhat urgent. competent DIY'ers but a bit stymied by a proprietary control system...
