Worcester thermostat controller not communicating with boile

HI all,

Newbie here, just found this site. I have a Worcester Greenstar Junior boiler with a remote digital temperature controller in the hall. It seems to have stopped communicating with the boiler!? I changed the batteries but it still doesn't work? I heard that you can re-pair the two but i can't find any instruction for this, can anyone help?

any help/ideas would be hugely appreciated, thanks
