Would air in radiator impact output of other rads?

There's a small single panel radiator in a small box room which heats up in the bottom 2/3 of the rad but not the top 1/3. I presume this is due to air in the rad.

I would guess the rad dates from the 1980s, and unfortunately there is not valve at the top of it from which to release air within it.

With this being the case, would this impact on the ability of other rads on the same floor of this system to output heat? I guess it would not since ultimately a rad could be switched off and it wouldn't have any impact on the output of other rads.

Thanks.

No the air wont impact the output of the other rads, there will be a bleed nipple at the back of the rad , top near the corner (probably an old wickes rad)

Your rad must have some form of bleed point, post a pic of the rad , it wont affect any other rads

I've attached a photo of both ends of the top of the rad. I've tried a standard bleed key in both, but there doesn't appear to be a valve there to turn. The 2nd photo is especially blurry as it's very tight to the wall and I just got my phone in between it and the wall.

On the back of the rad at the top there is a small black square slightly raised from the surface. It seems like a black coloured square of plastic - perhaps this might be a lid? I'll look for a small screwdriver to see if I can prise this off.
