Co-incidently I saw some of these posters on tv the other day, a programme about Britain during the war. The illustrations are amazing and produced by true artists. These days it would all be photoshoped and lose the individuallity of each artist.
I think there was something a bit sexy about women's fashion during the forties (not number 18 though).
