Y plan no heating or hot water

Hi

I have a Y plan system with no heating or hot water. when i set the programmer to on for either heating or hot water or both nothing happens. can here the pump running but the boiler doesnt fire up. the 3 port valve manual arm wont budge either. is it likely to be this?

Yes, if it doesn't move the boiler won't fire. May need a new head/motor.

cheers guys. got it wrong about the motor, its working fine. got power to the pump and boiler.. gas valve maybe?

get rgi out to check don`t mess with that part
