Yale 6400 installation

This is a very good forum. Just require confirmation on something:

I am installing the Yale Premium 6400 Alarm and want quite a simple set-up, so that the user turns on the alarm, has 30 secs to leave the house and the alarm is armed. On returning the user has 30 secs to disarm the alarm.

The alarm is inactive when the user is in the House.

How do I set up the 2 PIR detectors and 2 window contacts? Just as ENTRY?

Anything else I need to think of?
