Yale 6400 multiple sirens

With the Yale 6400 is it possible to have two sirens with different Confirm On/Off, Entry Snd On/Off settings? (So the external bell is off, and an internal one is on.).

I'm afraid not. The way the panel treats sirens is different to the way it treats devices.

There is in effect only one siren device controller. You can have as many sirens paired with the controller unlike other devices which need their own zone. Theoretically you could have 1000 or more sirens learnt into the system.

However the control panel will simply send one set of instructions that will apply to all paired sirens.

So if you have two working sirens they will both work exactly the same with whichever settings you choose.

I think your only option really is to select Confirm Off/Entry Snd Off for your sirens (which is the default setting anyway)
Your sirens will still sound an alarm if activated but will not repeat other beeps and sounds.
