You can never use too much flux and solder!

Pipework removed during part of a refurb - from inside a stud partition wall. The flux runs are approx 450 mm long and the solder stands almost 10mm off the pipework.

Also uncovered;

Durgo fitted 600mm below the overspill level

Cistern overflow 10mm inside the screed running down the centre of the hall and out through the front door step

I actually know 2 guys who got 3 days suspension for using gas board flux and solder and tools on a private. They couldn`t pull them for any other reason
 
i know of a guy who is paying off the bg van he crashed whilst doing a homer :lol:
