Sarah Brightman, I've always liked listening to her but could never stand watching her.
Now she's booked to go to the space station. If she does that she's got balls of steel, woman or not.
It's something I'd love to do but I probably wouldn't have the bottle even if I had the money.

funny, i liked loking at her, but not listning! As for being brave, you take your chanses, you take a plane to go abroad, and you will drive at 70mph down the motorway, you could get a tree fall on you?

danger is guverned by the amount of money spent, andf the testing done..if there good, then shell be safe!!

Don't be stupid, it takes a lot more "stuff" to strap yourself into the top of a rocket and get blasted out into space than it does for anything else you could do in ordinary life. If something goes wrong they could bury bits of her on 3 continents.

Sombrero, your logic is somewhat flawed. Driving down the motorway at 70mph, and you have zero, chance of a tree falling on you. Motorways (here in the UK at least) have no large trees planted next to the hard shoulder.
Planes too, should have no fear of trees falling on them (not unless the International Space Station is growing Oak trees onboard, then ejecting them when they get to 100ft tall)

disagree. As you get older, you acept death will hapen at some point. Strpping yuorself into a ride (like a rocket) is scary, but well worth the thril and the fame.

For me setting sail into an oceon hedding for a land like America, but not knowing how far, with a limtedamount of food and water is almost certan death and to me, mucg scaryer!

At least we (some of us anyway) don't start crying about it though. Like your previous incarnation.

not me....... and i thouhgt "yeah yeah yeah" didn't add much value? i'm not hear to row, whats the poitn?

and i truly beleave early explorers are among our bravest humans!
