zannussi condenser dryer tc 482w

heats up makes normal noises but doesnt seem to turn or dry(no water in resevoir) any ideas?

check belt not snapped

thanks got it all apart and belt broken, when i refit new one does it just go round drum and steel shaft what about black wheel by shaft

The belt has to be routed around the shaft and jockey pulley (the "black wheel" you mention).
