Hi I hope someone can help, we have a top loader zanussi washing machine TJS 1397W and all of a sudden its not filling, the light comes on but after that all we here is a slight click, which I think may only be the lid locking into place. We tried spinning it and it seems to spin, and we tried draining it though I am not sure what happened there, we cleared out the filter of water and a bit of gunk but there wasn't much in there. I read the FAQ which said that the fill valve may need replacing but was wondering if there is anything else to try. Is there any pipes that could be blocked that I could undo and drain, any help would be gratefully appreciated, the last thing we need is to buy or start paying for repair of a washing machine at christmas.
