My Zanussi DE6854 is not heating the water and seems to be stuck in the program Is this going to be the heater element only or something else asw ell and how do I replace it?

No heat issues can be caused by several things....
Defective heater element, faulty thermostat/NTC, break in wiring/bad connection, pcb faulty, or a bad pressure switch. There are 8 different versions of this model, to track down which version you have requires posting the PNC number on the door lip.
