Zanussi dx6453 what is 3 way water system

Underneath the base plate what is the drainage block called where there are 3 pipes all coming out at the same point where the lower spray arm goes in and the water gets pumped out.

It is all glued together and i need to buy the 3 part system all together but i dont know what it is called
