zanussi electric cooker hob stops working...

Hi,

Can someone please help, I have an electric zanussi cooker and one of the hobs has stopped working, the other three work perfectly.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
The oven is directly under the hob so I haven't had a chance to look underneath it.
