Conditioner does'nt leave dispenser during whole wash. Wash Powder OK, so confused as to whats wrong. Thoroughly cleaned whole unit, still no luck. Previously read posting saying take top of machine and look for an adjuster but this machine does'nt have that?

it may have a 2nd cold ater inlet valve for conditioner, hotpoints do (or at least did)
