Zanussi not filling

My zanussi zd604b is not filling with water, i have tried to check the float switch but have not yet been able remove, does anyone know how?
I have checked the fill valve but it is not being energised.

i have also read about a pressure system problem giving the same result, what is this and how can i test it?

Does this model have the IWMS that i've been reading about elsewhere in this forum?
