Zanussi washing machine

Hi I have a zanussi zwf16581w washing machine it won't fill up with water and drum won't turn can anybody help

Cancel the previous programme.
Select a drain only programme - what happens?
Select a spin only programme - what happens?
Select a wash programme - what happens?

Listen for drain pump, water filling, any faint clicking noises.

If the last wash left the clothes soaking wet after the cycle finished then you have probably had an unbalanced load when you last washed.
If you do as Yardie suggests & set it to spin ( you don't need any clothes in it) then leave it to run through it's sequence until it finishes you should find it resets. If you still have problems & are sure the water tap is turned on then come back for further info..
