Can you use zinsser 123+ as first coat on some old "yellow" radiators thinking of 2nd coat msp matt white ?

I usually use this stuff for everything. If you have it, it acts as a good barrier / primer to paint on

123+ is perfect

1. Remove any rust by sanding.

2. Clean rad to remove dust, grease etc

3. Use a rust converter on the previously rusty area.

4. Prime previously rusty area with Zinsser Cover stain

5. Use bullseye 123+ to prime entire rad

6. Finish with top coat (personally, I would go for a satin finish e.g. Zinsser Perma White or MSP)
