They've been doing it for years.
True from a reporting point view just like any legal case that is pending. It’s not really appropriate to use the word genocide unless it’s been legally declared.
More complex than that. Things that will result in the end of a race and it's beliefs etc. That can include preventing the races development, free will in a way and also apartheid. You could summarise it by the lack of a meaningful Palestinian state with a stress on the meaningful.Has Israel been doing that in Gaza, I’m not sure that is the case, it’s certainly in that direction

The courts judgement was plausible genocide. Statements from some politicians also figured.
All this I support this lot and hate this lot is a bit pointless in this area, The judgement is based on the situation not the causes of it.
The UN staff's views are based on international law as it stands. Another reason for making similar arguments pointless. The laws are the laws and they are being broken. Both sides.
The stated aim of Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran is the destruction of Israel and the Jewish people.
“Stated aim”The stated aim of Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran is the destruction of Israel and the Jewish people. By legal definition, you can't get more Genocidal than that surely?
“Stated aim”
Israel state: “Bombing Palestinians daily whilst they are trapped in a small area, without food, water, medicine”
Have you heard the phrase “actions speak louder than words”
Good to see you've backed away from your earlier false claim.actions
However it all hinges on the lack of a Palestine state and deals not really doing anything about it.Plenty of actions by Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran to verify they are carrying out there 'stated aim', haven't you noticed the years of rocket attacks on Israel, the terror attacks, the suicide bombers and last year the full scale invasion where over 1000 were killed, burned alive or raped and 250 were taken hostage.

Fixing that properly might put an end to it. Doing it earlier may well have been a benefit as well.
What was the stated aim of the 10s of thousands of innocent Palestinians in Gaza?Plenty of actions by Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran to verify they are carrying out there 'stated aim', haven't you noticed the years of rocket attacks on Israel, the terror attacks, the suicide bombers and last year the full scale invasion where over 1000 were killed, burned alive or raped and 250 were taken hostage.
LOL You are on that one again. Why does the area continue to shrink? If the Palestinians agree to a two state solution, they've rejected it in the past enough times.
There’s only one side that’s pretty much destroyed a nation and that’s Israel on Gaza.Plenty of actions by Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran to verify they are carrying out there 'stated aim', haven't you noticed the years of rocket attacks on Israel, the terror attacks, the suicide bombers and last year the full scale invasion where over 1000 were killed, burned alive or raped and 250 were taken hostage.
which is exactly what some people on here are doing.Israeli leaders in particular have conflated condemnation of the response to the Hamas led attacks on October the 7th as both anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist. Analysts argue that blurring the difference helps Israel undermine any opposition to, or rejection of, its policies
