And your opinion is based on what, the incoherent ramblings of @rds60h and @fillyboy?
Both of whom display a very poor understanding of the issues in the Middle East.
You're linking the declaration of statehood (which is pre 1967 borders) as agreed by the United Nations and a majority of member states to a map showing half of the middle east.
In the Declaration of State Israel proposed in 1948 you will find they refer to 'Eretz-Israel'.
What do you think they mean by that?
Benjamin Netanyahu made it very clear in a speech at the UN on September 22, 2023:
Palestinian Ambassador to Germany Laith Arafeh said on social media that there is “no greater insult to every foundational principle of the United Nations than seeing Netanyahu display before the UNGA a ‘map of Israel’ that straddles the entire land from the river to the sea, negating Palestine and its people, then attempting to spin the audience with rhetoric about ‘peace’ in the region, all the while entrenching the longest ongoing belligerent occupation in today’s world.”
You will note the date of this speech is relevant to the attack that took place two weeks later which has plunged the region into a war where accusations of Genocide and evidence of ethnic cleansing has made this speech a trigger for these terrible events.
Notwithstanding the persistent recital of the partition plan of 1947.
Which shows Jerusalem as an International City, open to all faiths - something Israel flagrantly ignored when they claimed the city as their capital and America moved the US Embassy there, despite international condemnation. Trump is a key figure in this attempt to re-model the Middle East Under Israeli control, using a warped viewpoint of history, blatant propaganda to that effect and a sustained assault on the institutions created to maintain a delicate balance in the region.
