Hi All..
Went up in the loft today fitting some lights so the wife isn't too scared up there and noticed that the ridge joist where two roofs intersect has failed and recently... Pictures attached.. What can be done about this?? Is it an insurance call?? Structural engineer?? Not really sure how to proceed.. I think this could be caused by the weight of the recent snow??
