worcester bosch HF 400 RSF whistles

Please help I have a 5yr old WBHF400RSF which sometimes whistles when I turn on the hot water (water is nice and hot) ANYBODY ANY IDEAS

without doubt its the gas/water heat exchanger,they sometimes do it and only on hw as it's only then it fires at full rate,best bet would be to replace it,or try flushing the system then adding an inhibitor.
