I bet you'd be comfortable with the UK accepting 10k migrants coming in daily and ensuring they're put up in 5 star luxury. My take on it is, if a country gives you shelter, assuming you're given basic reasonably clean accommodation and fed, you should be thankful. Not complaining that things aren't up to scratch.
If things aren't up to scratch for you, here's an idea. Buy a boat and get yourself back over to France. It's amazing the amount of people that bump their gums about Britain but still want to live here.

They've asserted they're being treated like prisoners. Has it been proven they are? Can you point me to the evidence? Or are you just taking their word for it?
If the UK isn't cutting it for them accommodation wise, they could always move on to another country?
They're complaining. Even asylum seekers have the right to complain, although not in your world, it seems.
If or when there is an investigation into their complaints, I will indeed present it to you.
