A) you shouldn't do it unless you also install a separate zone valve on the leg feeding the conservatory.
B) You'd need to run 2 new lengths of 10 or 15mm tube from the system manifolds to the conservatory -10mm plastic internal diameter is usually too small to run multiple radiators from.

Changed in about 2011 / 2012 I think. Can't connect any space which hasn't been constructed to meet Part L to the same heating system as the rest of the dwelling, it must be a completely separate heat source. Conservatories (generally) don't meet Part L and so can't be connected.
