    could anyone tell me what would be the result of scaled plate exchanger? poor dhw flow, poor h/w temp as there would be karge temp differntial on flow and return? anything else? wouldnt the boiler overheat if the plate was scaled up?thank you

    on permamnet pilot boiler ie puma 80p, if the pilot was staying lit but main burner was not lighting you could rule out defective thermocouple as a cause since the pilot is staying lit thus the thermocouple must ne ok. am i right? i know its basic but just past my acs after years in army...

    thats for previous spillage help. if acs chap asks about poor burner pressure at gas fire the cause can only be gas meter regulator fault, incorrect pipe size and incorrect gas rate would be injector kanckered. thats all i can come up with as an answer . what do you think?
