Hi i had a call from a customer and after asking a few questions i established that thew only lights on the boiler are the power light and central heating light and d.h.w light when switching between the 2 come on and the temperature lights stay on 50c constantly neither the hot water or heating...

honestly mate once i got there i thought the exact same thing but i didn't want to ask just checkd it out then calld triton and told them it would still be under warranty the only thing i can think of is they might have thought the warranty would have been void if they had installed it...
