Bosch Exxcel 1400 express

Our Bosch washing machine wont finish the wash, it gets to 1 minute left and just keeps on turning the washing in water one way then the other. It also doesn't take in the fabric conditioner so I have to turn it to rinse and spin and run it for another 20 minutes to finish. No fault codes shown. Any ideas?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem.
Bosch Classixx 1400 express intermittent fault.
Wash cycle continues for ever counting down the minutes to 1 then staying at 1. If you stop it and put it on "Rinse" it then rinses, drains & spins as normal.
I've checked the water in valves, the element heats up, the pressure valve pipe is clear, the filter is clear, the drain pipe is clear, the pump pumps-out fine in the rinse cycle.
I can only assume it's the controller.
