Hi,i have a Britony llT water heater, and just lately the water it produces doesnt seem to be as hot as it usually is,when i run the tap the boiler fires up as normal, and everything seems to be running ok,apart from the heat of the water,i would say its maybe warm enough to wash the pots, but as for a bath no chance,as the bath is the furthest away out of all sinks etc,the valve on front of boiler is always set at its highest, the temp of the water valve, and if turned down the size of the flames lower,so think this is ok too,any help would be appreciated!!

When was it last serviced?

Could be that the heat exchanger is scaling up

last serviced about 2-3 yrs ago,so how would that problem be resolved??

The Manufacturer reccomends the diaphragm be replaced every 3 years, and serviced annually.
Have an RGI check your gas supply pressure and also the burner pressure, during a good service with a new water section diaphragm.
