Wednesday and today ripped out a Powermax 155 and converted it to a combi. Tomorrow just a powerflush, new pump. This asshole is Fercking off to Turkey on Saturday for two weeks.....;)

Chipboard floors have been standard for decades. My last house was built in the 70's, and had CB flooring in the bathroom. The pan never dropped through the floor, but the floor did get wet beneath the vinyl, and my foot pushed through, but that was on the take off position when stepping into the bath.

Still looking at those photos. You are into electronics after all.

So thrust caused that! lol. yup my main profession is in electronics, I was hugely interested in this subject, but i also wanted to be a car mechanic, and I had worked in a garage as well, done all kinds of jobs including fire Alarm building control panels, CO2 flooding systems, and other security alarms, and electrical installations.
Minor plumbing work i learnt myself through watching others and carrying out most simpler tasks in my house myself.

Some thrust if it blows the bog through the floor wow some balti wwhhhhooooooo I bet it was a
hot bum burner.

I had to tell them on their face that if they had been keeping their bathroom cleaned regularly, and with pride, this would not have happened, because they rarely had time to do any cleaning, so they never discovered any water leaks behind the pan, both are in their mid 50s and said they only clean just on top as they cannot get down on their knees, and because they are highly qualified Doctors, they don't like cleaning their own toilet or bath, so they just do a quick wipe with a brush every now and again, and they are always rushing off their feet due to nature of their job, husband works in an A&E and works all sods of hours due to lack of Doctors, often he is asked to stay and work late to cover other Doctors on leave, or absent, did you not see why Doctors wanted to go on strike due to changes in their pay rate and overtime and pressured to work on Weekends at the same rate.

They need someone trusting like a maid, who can visit their place and keep it clean and tidy if they don't find enough energy and time to do it themselves, they barely get time to do cooking and take a rest and watch little telly and keep up with the world outside and catch up with other developments in their field. Shame it is a stressful and responsible job they do, they can't afford to diagnose patients wrongly, their profession carries immense responsibility I suppose much more than RGIs, if not similar. hey but I usually laugh and joke with them, what is the point of going to see a GP, when all he will prescribe you is paracetamol and refuse you any antibiotics!

Doctors not cleaning the toilet? Can't bend to clean the toilet at 50'ish? Sounds like excuses to me. Is the house a pigsty?

Not really, their bedrooms and lounge and kitchen is tidy enough, and clean, but it certainly seems that they don't seem to care about the cleanliness in their bathroom, she said "but i do clean regularly with bleach and other shower cleaning products" and I know better, she can't be cleaning at all what so ever, skirtings were full of fluff and dust, shower glass full of lime scale, as well as all around the taps and shower mixer, they don't seem to scrub or use appropriate cleaning agents to get rid of lime scale, I found that Harpic lime scale remover is the best agent for lime scale, it starts to dissolve it the minute you apply, so may be I will have to buy a bottle and present one to them so they know what to use. They have one grown up son who I have been told has also qualified as a Doctor, so he has got himself a job up North somewhere. I sure think they need a maid to come and clean their place regularly. Plenty of East European cleaning maids seeking cleaning jobs for about £10 per hour rate.

I manufacture specialised electronic equipment
what specialised equipment ?

I had to tell them on their face that if they had been keeping their bathroom cleaned regularly, and with pride, this would not have happened, because they rarely had time to do any cleanin

so you told them to do more cleaning , other words it was a sh!t hole :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: don't give a fook what work they do they are still dirty fooks and it didn't occur
to them to get a cleaner being doctors ( or tight ), no wonder the RGI's didn't come back :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: and their not embarrassed o_O tbh there no excuse for it really . if it was that bad

she said "but i do clean regularly with bleach and other shower cleaning products" and I know better, she can't be cleaning at all what so ever, skirtings were full of fluff and dust, shower glass full of lime scale, as well as all around the taps and shower mixer,

ye i believe you darling , just don't be putting your fingers up my ass .

also , thats the first I've ever seen/heard about a toilet doing that:ROFLMAO:

OMG it looks like someone is lying behind the pan on the floor - there's a face in the top RH corner:eek:
that must be one ugly fooker for a picture like that:ROFLMAO::whistle:

Agas, there is no point in my telling you what specialised equipment i manufacture, because you are only going to criticise, or make some other horrible comments, but it is suffice to say that even Chinese have not yet copied my concept and I am selling it to them, as well as all other countries, and that is just one product, all I can say is that it is used in tagging systems. I won't be going into any details for obvious reasons, if I told you what my product does and why isn't there another like it, and why hasn't anybody copied me or made another similar product, I could be out of business.

Further more, if you (God forbids) were a victim of some medical problem and the Doctor wanted to poke his finger up your backside, are you going to ask him if his bathroom is kept clean? On the same point think about if he has to poke his finger up someone's filthy smelly **** hole full of ****e, I feel sorry for Doctors as well as for plumbers.

I have been to many people's houses for various jobs and things, I have seen most people live in absolute filth, this includes people up North, most people who rent houses live in squalor conditions because they don't give two monkeys in keeping things clean and after staying in for a year they move on. I rent a house in Harlow in Essex, where when my tenants move out, i am left with having to use a whole bottle of Harpic and leave it in the pan for a day or two and then scrub it with a brush to remove all deposits, broken seats, sink full of filth and hairs, tub as though they never bothered cleaning, and these people work in offices and teach in schools, this even includes one couple who also worked in Harlow Hospital as nurses, each time I need about a month to do proper clean up for my next tenant.

 i deserved that(i think) , but genuinely interested in what it does thou and its looks professionally packaged , and how you came up with the idea ?.

about the doctors , I'm surprised considering they respect/focused on hygiene all day everyday , don't get me wrong i respect what they do as a living but surprising doctors live like that ( as described by you ) when i have doctors and nurses as customers and there houses are always spotless .

I am not allowed to or I personally don't think it would be appropriate to publicise my products on any forums. I can PM you if you really wanted to know.

The sort of house where you'd want to "hover" over the pan while having a dump for fear of catching something off the seat. Bit like the men's traps in Asda Banstead used to be like !
