Central heating

Have noticed last few morning when hot water comes on after few minutes all radiators are warm as well, but central heating switched off. Over last few days house like oven!! Assume faulty valve somewhere has anyone had similiar problems ?? What was cost of getting plumber to fix

Can only hazard a guess with nothing much to go on. Most likely thing would be a seized 3 way valve for which you might be charged £80, plus what could wind up as much as 3 hours labour, if it's difficult. 1hr if it's easy.

If you were in London and called a well known firm they'd use 2 people at £65 per hour each. plus vat.

Bridgend is it? Down by there, maybe more like half a crown look you. But Jones the Gas in his nice blue van (there's posh) might want some coal, too.
