changing a fuse in a fuse box

With plugs of yore, where the cord grip was made of a sliver of some sort of cardboard, hands up all those who've had to resort to turning it over because the screws no longer gripped it?

Dunno why you could never buy those bits - I'm sure there were far more people who decided to take a chance with a flaky, or no, cord grip rather than buy a new plug, so it wouldn't have hurt sales of those much, but they could probably be sold at a huge profit margin.
