you might consider getting a 28" door and whizzing the saw 1/2" down each side

but I think you would need to start with a better door, having meatier stiles. That one looks very flimsy to me.

I'm not sure if 28" is available.

I have had a trawl of the web and like freddymercurystwin I could only find doors which cost around £100 (glazed) I originally bought mine for £50 (glazed). Wickes do one similar but again only in 30" (£55). I actually need a pair to turn into french doors with a french door converter.

I was hoping that I might be able to track down the manufacturer, but I suppose its quite probable that they're not UK based.
