electrics surge protectors

can i connect a serge protector to the main wall socket to conect a ariel booster, then from this surgeprotector run another surge protector 5 metres away to run an oil filled radiator as i have no sockets where i need the rad

Please advise

when i make fancy micro processor circuits i build the required filtering in, lol

PC need surge protectors as the power supplies are high power switch mode jobbies that generally run their capacitors overrated and easily go bang, and the results of this arent good for the rest of your PC.
 
And the electric radiator needs one because...?
