Hi I wonder if someone could help me I have a Zanussi washer dryer approx 12 months old. I clean the coin collecter located in the front filter draw every week of debris. I noticed that there appears to still be water sitting in the filter almost to the top of the draw, is there something I can do to solve this problem? Any comments suggestions much appreciated thank you.

Hi thanks for the reply its never been there before and I wondered if I did not use the machine if it would start to smell unpleasant. After reading other posts I wounder if the grey waste hose (not sure of correct name) need to be altered ie higher maybe its slipped
