Yeh thats alls you need, you just need to drain boiler, i personally would NOT isolate boiler, open drain tap on ISO valve and as its draining pull and push diverter pin to get as much water out as poss, when it stops change the cartridge really easy to do on these, or you could use iso valve to turn off boiler or drain the whole thing if you feel better doing it like that
To be fair, after all the advice given here it was a simple job. I'm used to working to greater torque settings, but being gentle and following the instructions carefully meant no nasty surprises.
Had I not been given the advice I have been I'd have been up the creek without a paddle!
