I bought some white two side laminate covered MDF from my local board/panel supplier but not sure if they still do it off the shelf, I know they can have it done to order, worth giving them a call

I think Edens also do it in white or brown or the "real Wood" which has a 1mm laminat ewith wood grain finishes
