no water remotely shut down

any one worked on the water guard system,, the system is stating leak detected,,, but there is no leak,,, and its not possible to reset the control panel as per instructions,,, problem being that the solenoid which may be turn off is hidden,, and not accessible its possible its behind a cylinder and boxed and plastered in ive tried to access the afox web site but there is no info or fault finding guide ,, how bad do these manufacturers get,,
