Plumber charges - does this sound reasonable?

You think so? You aren't allowed to accumulate the rubbish unless you have a licenced waste transfer site. It can come out of the van only when it is put onto licenced ground, or direct into a skip..

I always offer a skip, it saves time and the site is clear on completion. Only problem is when there is no access... :(

Things have changed since 2005 !

He cannot even put it in his van if he is to drive on public roads!
