Potterton Puma 80 (I know!)

My Potterton Puma 80 is working fine for hot water, but is not firing at all for central heating.

The flat had been empty for 4/5 weeks, but with the heating set to come on low twice a day. (but I don't know if it actually was now)

When I got back the pressure was quite low (under 1) so I let some more water into the system.

Any ideas (apart from getting a new boiler that isn't a potterton?!)
