rads have been vented thanks, and when the burner fires it looks a good flame with plenty of pressure. i had thought it maybe flame detector at fault, hear they arnt a common thing to fail tho. modulator board fault maybe? hear there a common problem. funny how its a problem on both water and heating sides. anymore ideas?
