i am thinking of purchasing a powerflush machine to powerflush my central heating system, i have heard that plumbers charge around 500 quid to powerflush, but i thought if i bought my own i could do it myself and still have a machine incase it needs doing again in the future.
are they hard to use?
or do you need training or qualifications to use these machines.

can anyone recommend a good make?
i have seen a company on ebay selling them.
this is their web site.
http://www.silverpowerflush.com/

Apppears to tick the right boxes, but why don't you hire one. A firm in Leeds hires one, they are on harehills lane a gas sapers place.

I've got one of those - and a Kamco that I am still waiting to advertise.

Just read the instructions & keep it in it's buckety thing. You will notice that there is no capacity to empty the thing though - fantastic planning.
