Re-use CH pipe for gas?

Really simple kirk you started the personall attack by using the word cowboy in regards this topic and as much as you are back tracking it was aimed at me and possibly the others who said it was ok to do UNDER THE RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES.
So dont get all upset when comments come back at you.

do me a favour and read what i posted on this topic, you are now critical of my role in the industry and questioning my abilty which i take personally as there is no other way to take it, i have not and will not single you out for abuse as that isnt why i come on here, i dont need to prove anything to anyone by saying what i have done for who and how many times, we seem to be agreeing on things and falling out over them, you said under the right circumstances it can be done, that is EXACTLY what i said, i posted about certain checks needing to be done to verify etc etc etc, so did you, the point i made about "we" i have explained and will explain again, IT WAS NOT A PERSONAL ATTACK ON YOU, IT WAS BASED ON THE BLAME/CLAIM CULTURE WE FIND OURSELVES IN, if anyone done it and it was found to be incorrect after an incident etc when the suits and clipbouards were all over it they need to blame someone and without a doubt it would be the poor sod who was trying to earn a few bob doing his job, and there would be plenty saying in public that the guy was a cowboy, then in private saying FFS that could have been me, that is the way of things now, you cannot say (well id ont think you can) that you havent made mistakes as i think we all have, so we choose our own way in the indusrty and thats the way it should be, i posted as a plumber i wouldnt do it due to contamination and risk of wrong jointing material etc i stand by that if you would do different then so be it, you have posted many times on here, i dont know how many times you have made a mistake as i dont keep score, but your good posts will far outway your bad, you have retaliated with personal attacks because i started it, this isnt the playground, so i will say if you have misinterpreted what i said to ALL the people who posted that it was an attack on you then it wasnt if it was poorly written and you thought it was personal then i apologise, this is generally a good place to get a bit of banter and score a few friendly points etc, if you are keeping score on who isnt as good as you then that can be your decision, i wont be playing that game, if this is seen as backing down and me changing my mind it wont bother me, i have re-read what i originally posted and what you have said re me not understanding basics etc and passing people in ACS who arent as good as you and will leave it at that, a discussion about what is wrong with ACS is for another debate,
lets not fall out over silly stuff as we can both assist and be assisted on here
all the best

Yet again dangermouth shows his remarkable quick wittedness it only takes him a minimum of 5 days to structure an insult. Guess gay internet porn keeps some busy or he has had 2 shandies today and has got brave

My personal opinion would be to not use an existing water pipe for gas distribution , some of you guys make valid points on 'why not' to use the pipe in question.............either run a new 'gas pipe' or walk away.

Jusy my opinion.
