redring 500 switching on and off

Well ive spoke to redring, they are suggesting the phased shutdown pcb ? Told em id swapped the other jobbie already, wat do we think about that? Cheers Guys for the replies

Redring saying it must be relay shutdown pcb how does that sound, thanks for replies guys

It was indeed the pcb that needed replacing, its more involved cos it is soldered , but I managed it and touch wood its working fine, just thought id share for future reference, cheers for all the help
