Right hand side of radiator is cold

Bedroom radiator is cold on right hand side.
we have bled the radaiator which has helped but it is still not as hot as the left.
Any suggestions?

water flows into that rad from the L..and has deposited sludge near it`s exit....take it off the wall and flush out in the garden with a hose..there should be detailed instructions in the "help" section
